Just arrived 1968 Ford Mustang 289 with 8 091 (exempt) mileage. So the story on this Mustang it was one of mine spontanious purchases. I bought it from insurance company the previous owner openned an insurance claim and the vehicle was deemed a total loss. I got the salvage title for it and currently it is in the process to be switched over to Virginia rebuilt title. The only damage I see on this vehicle is some kind of ashy sap. One of the pictures shows the roof top covered in grey residue by the way the pictures were taken when I got the car on a cloudy day obviously it will be detailed upon the sale. I am thinking this Mustang was parked next to a garage or a house which caught on fire and some of the ash blew over on the car. So the car became a part of a larger insurance claim and that's how it was salvaged. Now the good news whoever had this car before obviously babied it and spent considerable amount of time and money on restoring it. Everything works. The motor runs strong and it is a fun car to drive. I don't know what to price this car at so I am just throwing it out there to see what offers I might get. I will list up for sale when I get the rebuilt title for it. Thank you for looking.
